Wind down

A family picnic is a great way to wind down after a hectic schedule and long tiring week. When you gets older your enjoyment is not so much when you do something exciting but rather when you watch your loved ones having the fun of their lives. Your happiness is not when you receive a gift but rather when you give the gift of life. When you captured the moments in pictures, the moments stayed in your long term memory.

Ooo you out there! Do as much stuffs with your loved ones while you still have the chance. Chance do not come your way all the time. Grab it while you still can.

Fish lovers

We love everything that's alive. That's my answer when my neighbour's son asked me how many animals we have. These are not our fish though. WE were mesmerized by this fish at a pet store so we capture it in photograph. At home, we have a pair of hamsters (going to be more soon I hope), an arowana fish (my husband loves to see it swim - a teraphy he said after a long hard day's work), and an aquarium of coral plus two nemo fish and a friend in the same aquarium. Even the kitchen is graced with fish in flower pots. And lots of lush greenery plants - inside and outside the house.

Picnic

A family picnic. Beside taking a holiday, a picnic is a good way to appreciate nature that Allah has created for us. How many of us stop to admire nature and think of its Creator? It reminds us of how small we are and how big the world is. Hope our existence will have a positive impact and not otherwise. Have you ever think of that? Hope all families have some form of outings for family gathering. Not necessarily we have to go to places like PD, having breakfast, lunch or dinner together outside once in a while is a great way to get close to each other. Eating out, the mother don't have to worry about serving, this and that. She can spend her energy talking to her kids. Fathers too.

Aaahhh...

A novice to blogging. It seem a bit difficult to do. Never mind. No pain no gain. Have to give it a try. Will post pictures of our own natural garden in the future. Wait for it. To begin, this is a picture of chillies in the pot that I used to have. When we went to MAHA expo, somebody commented that the chilly plants there are healthy and luscious. He commented further that if we plant chilly ourselves it won't be this healthy.  I just smile. Our chilly plant at home is bigger and healthier than those at MAHA expo. That is one of our success story. Of course there are some unsuccessful attempts. The gains and losses make our life colourful.
